Mark Stone, CPA, CFP, PFS

Mark Stone, CPA, CFP, PFA

Mark Stone practices in diversified areas of taxation, specializing in issues related to closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals. His expertise includes research, business transactional planning, consulting and complying with federal, state and local tax filing requirements.

Mark has extensive experience in the areas of manufacturing, real estate, service industries, and investment partnerships. Mark is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York State and holds the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation and the Personal Financial Planning (PFS) designation. In addition, he has a Masters in Taxation Degree from the State University of NY at Albany.

Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (“NYSSCPA”). As a NYSSCPA member, he is a member of the NYSSCPA Partnership and LLC committee and has served as a past chairperson of the statewide Partnership and LLC Committee and is a past chair of the annual Partnership Conference held in New York City. In addition, he is a member of the Estate Planning Committee and the International Committee, and the past member of the statewide Budgeting and Finance committee. In addition to his involvement at the state level, he is a Past President of the NYSSCPA’s Nassau Chapter, which is the single largest chapter in the statewide system, boasting of over 5,000 members and 18 subcommittees. Formerly, Mark chaired the NYSSCPA Nassau Chapter’s Estate and Financial Planning committee and served as treasurer of the Federal Taxation Committee. Mark has developed seminars and instructed in the areas of partnership and corporate taxation as well as various Estate and Trust administration and planning matters. He has lectured extensively to various professional groups including the NYSSCPA, the National Conference of CPA Practitioners, the Institute of Management Accountants, CW Post University and the International Association of Financial Planners on areas such as estate planning, financial planning, and partnership and business entities related topics and planning. In addition, he has published articles on many tax and financial topics in publications such as the CPA Journal, Trusted Professional, and the Journal of Financial Planning.

Frank A. Bianculli, CPA

Frank Bianculli earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hunter College of the City University of New York, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He also attended graduate school at Pace University and has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York State since 1981. He has been an adjunct lecturer of accounting and auditing at institutions of higher education including Adelphi University, Hunter College of CUNY, York College, and the State University of New York at Farmingdale. Frank has been quoted in respected industry and general-interest publications including the Practical Accountant, Financial Executives News, and Newsday, and his writing has been published in the CPA Journal.

Frank is especially knowledgeable in the areas of accounting, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) auditing, and taxation. He provides services to a variety of large, medium, and small public, closely held, and family-owned companies. Frank also serves as the partner responsible for the accounting, auditing, and management consulting aspects of the firm’s practice as well as for the monitoring of quality control systems.

Frank is a longstanding member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, where he has served on both the Auditing Procedures Committee and the Securities and Exchange Commission Practice Committee. He holds a certificate of excellence in statistics and quantitative methods. Frank is also professionally qualified to conduct peer reviews of other CPA firms.
