“BP Stone” and the website / email address of “BPSLLP” are the brand name under which BP Stone LLP, BP Stone LLC and BP Stone Advisory LLC provides professional services. Each of these entities are separate companies that practice in an alternative practice structure in accordance with applicable law, regulation(s) and professional standards. Only BP Stone LLP is a licensed CPA firm that provides attest services and performs no other services. Only BP Stone LLC and/or BP Stone Advisory LLC provide tax and business consulting services and are not licensed CPA firms. The various entities noted above under the BP Stone brand are separate entities and are not liable for the services provided by any other entity providing services within the same group.
